Friday March 10th. was a fantastic day in Holy Family. Thanks to the fantastic work of Nina, all the terrific parents on our fantastic Parents Association, the pupils from Mr. Duffy and Ms.Curtin’s classes, who helped out on the day, and all the pupils and parents who produced cakes and other items for the day, our Spring Day fundraiser was another fantastic success.
Just over €10,600 was raised, to be shared between Holy Family SNS and Holy Family JNS. This was an incredible achievement and a terrific testament to the work of all involved.
Apart from the great financial success, the day produced a terrific buzz in the school and proves once again how a school community, parents, teachers, management and students working together can be so beneficial for our school and our pupils.
A huge thank you to everyone involved, and a special thank you also to our sponsors, who, between them, donated more than 110 prizes to our Monster Raffle.
